According to The Hill, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has made a statement to the Ukranian people posted on Facebook, saying that they've been informed that Russia will begin their invasion of the Ukraine on Wednesday, January 16th.

I guess Putin didn't take seriously Biden's threat of "swift and severe costs."
