Update...
This was half a "punt" by the Supreme Court. 🙄
They overturned the mandates on 100+ employee businesses because congress didn't pass that, but upheld the mandate on healthcare workers because congress DID vote to authorize it for them, so they're still facked so far.
So it's overturned for the majority of the people affected by it but on a "technicality", not because the SCOTUS had the balls to say it's wrong.
Vote was 6-1 among actual Supreme Court justices, with both of the invalid Obama affirmative action appointees voting on the wrong side for a 6-3 total along party lines.
If anyone has legitimate info that differs from what I just said, toss it up in the comments.
Still watching.
