Biden resign - "for health reasons"
He pardons Trump and Hunter "the country has suffered enough"
Trump pledges if elected, not to further investigate Biden (it's either the 'quid' or the 'quo'... I'm not sure)
This all will happen before there is any subpoena issued to anyone named Biden from any US government entity - including congress
