I’ve lived in Texas since 2001. Paxton was my representative in the state house. He was elected shortly after we moved here.
I swear they’ve been after him FOREVER. This was not his first major issue. IDK.
I’ve voted for him many times over the years, but he’s had multiple SEC accusations over the years.
As far as politics go, I think he’s been a pretty good AG in spite of any of that.
