In January, he goes into the House Speaker vote with his posse and holds the gavel hostage from Kevin McCarthy for fifteen or whatever rounds of voting, with literally no viable alternative to McCarthy to even vote for, on an agenda mission. And I'm not saying it's a bad agenda. I agree with a lot of it, and that's not what I'm wrestling with.

They do a backroom deal...McCarthy gets Gaetz' votes, Gaetz gets McCarthy leash. But the face of it is that Gaetz will use the leash to hold McCarthy accountable.

So let me pump the brakes right here and ask my first question...
