I would consider him more akin to a mash-up between Snidely Whiplash and Seth Pecksniff
I had to look up Pecksniff (what a name 🙄). The name Fauci is going to be synonymous with anyone caught or suspended of lying in the scientific / medical community.
I would call him evil. He experiments on people and animals in the nastiest of ways. Another Joseph Mengele.
But this time the media loves him and we all know what that says about the media.
