If (when?) someone files a lawsuit against the Biden Administration for cleary violating the U.S. Constitution by specifically basing a SCOTUS nomination upon race and gender, said lawsuit supported by piles and piles of legal precedent saying that that's discriminatory and you can't do shit like that, including many times by the Supreme Court itself...if that case makes it to the Supreme Court, does the affirmative action SC justice the Meatbag-in-Chief nominated have to recuse herself from hearing the case? 🤔
I certainly hope something is done about it before an unqualified liberal black woman is nominated or God forbid confirmed.
Wouldn't it have better optics for him to NOT announce that it HAS to be a black woman but go ahead and nominate one from his short list?
Any black woman he picks that has any self respect should wonder if she deserves the nomination or if it's strictly by race and gender.
