I just heard a talking head on one of the networks saying something about a phone call between Joe Biden and Xi Jinping. I didn't catch whether it's something scheduled or just theoretical, but it's in the wake of Xi not showing up at the climate change summit, and the TH said something like “I hope the president lays down the law on climate change and gets tough with China about all these other issues.”
