She was unbelievably bad but we haven't really seen the quality of any who will replace her. Chicago will only be saved by republicans who clean out the stable of all the horse shit but with their demographics I see only a continual slide into self-destruction. No one really needs chicago any longer, it's importance to the US passed a while ago and the money that may save NY or CA isn't really in IL.
Let's wait too see if whoever does get elected can do a better job. Remember Eric Adams was gonna "fix" NYC when he replaced Diblasio. How's that coming along?
