Honestly, I think it will, in the end, work out far more to the conservative's advantage if the snivelling prog/left denizens of the NYC cesspool find him guilty and then it goes to appeal after appeal. My wish is that a sane judge with integrity (do such persons still reside in NYC?) throws the case out as a shame and politically motivated hack job.
