Who the faaaack thought it was a good idea not to sequester this jury???
Nevermind! I know exactly who thinks it was a good idea! The prosecutors! This just the sort of grimy, backdoor jury intimidation tactic that gun-wielding jackass with the shitty suit lawyer would employ if he were smart enough to!
If whoever made the call on this looks "sequester" up in the dictionary, it should read...
Sequester
verb
se·ques·ter | \ sikwestər \sequestered; sequestering\ si-ˈkwe-st(ə-)riŋ  \
Definition of sequester
What you absolutely do with the jury hearing the case of a 17 year old kid who successfully defended himself against violent DemSoc rioters, in 2021 America, in a city that just already got burnt the fuck up over this same shit by those same people a year ago! You dummies! Why are you just looking this up in the dictionary now?!?
I don't know the "law" on any of this, so if I'm off base or missed something, or I'm even just out of my mind, by all means jump in and stop me.
But not sequestering this jury seems like it was a pretty awful idea at this point, and should've been a no-brainer call right from the jump.
Whatcha got, Fam?
i honestly assumed they were sequestered. The trial has been an Adam Schiff show from the start.
The prosecution has turned this whole thing into a kangaroo court
