Who the faaaack thought it was a good idea not to sequester this jury???

Nevermind! I know exactly who thinks it was a good idea! The prosecutors! This just the sort of grimy, backdoor jury intimidation tactic that gun-wielding jackass with the shitty suit lawyer would employ if he were smart enough to!

If whoever made the call on this looks "sequester" up in the dictionary, it should read...

I don't know the "law" on any of this, so if I'm off base or missed something, or I'm even just out of my mind, by all means jump in and stop me.

But not sequestering this jury seems like it was a pretty awful idea at this point, and should've been a no-brainer call right from the jump.
