It's a tie! Unhinged governor who isn't sure if she's running a state or a city, and a mayor who should actually be using that as a tourism slogan considering that he allowed the "mostly peaceful" crap to continue unabated 2 years ago.
I’m gonna have to check in with my Minneapolis family members to find out if they have to fill out federal paperwork to buy apples...guessing not. It’s a dead heat on who’s statement is dumber.
