Full disclosure...this woman was walking past me at the Tarrytown train station and I went up to her and said “Can I please take a picture of your dog? I won't get you in it.”, and she said “Sure.” and they posed.
I “interacted”. 😆
I spoke to another human in a neutral social context and it worked, with no subsequent misfortune for anyone resulting from it.
The possibilities are limitless… 😏
