Yonkers Waterfront, Getty Square & Crackheads

Slight change of plans.
Instead of three parts, I'm combining the Waterfront, Getty Square & Crackheads portion of today's trip into one part, and the Mr. Baby G's Neighborhood part into a second one.

The first part pics are pretty self-explanatory.  The second part is gonna take some wordslingin'. 😏

Yonkers Waterfront

Facing south toward Manhattan...

Facing north toward Albany...

That is an actual "Palisade", massive stone bluffs a few hundred feet high that run along the west bank of the Hudson in NJ, on one of which Palisades Amusement Park used to be...

Yonkers Riverwalk and Van Donck Park...

Getty Square...

The only personal recollection I have of Getty Square is that those three stores used to be one small department store called Green's, and I sat on Santa's lap there one time 😏...
