The latter, but even if the GOP does it the Democrats would never follow suit with one of their own.

Politics to them is a blood sport, winner taking all.

Democrats, “so we have corrupt and lying members. We have a complicit press ad our propaganda arm and they follow our talking points”.

A Democrat would have to have committed a capital crime like money hidden in a freezer, (remember that Congressman? ) to ever be removed.

The GOP House still has a majority. Cut bait on Santos.

Whatever he did or didn’t do, the dude is slimy. Weird for that matter too.

DO! Definitely, do.

It's like when drivers don't pull over for a lights and sirens ambulance screaming down the street. One vehicle pulls over, then another, then a couple more. Eventually the ones that continue on without pulling over are obvious assholes, and everyone can see it.

Theoretically, they can sanction him and ask him to resign but it should be up to his constituents to recall him. Anything above that is overeach. Let the constitution and the Rule of Law be the guide since that is the long term goal - to reestablish this guiding principle. THAT should be the lesson to the prog/left - We (conservatives and Republicans) follow the Rule of Law. Without that we do not have a legitimate functioning gvernment. Shame them for their anarchy.

Get rid of Santos and flip the table (somehow, someway, any which way, each x making the vice tighter) see how they like it. Have the attitude of Next....

I think they should go with option A, and then when that's wore out go to option B and sent Santos to Siberia.

I am actually hoping there is a lesson to be learned here... maybe someone could figure out it is a good idea to know a little something about someone before you cast a vote for him. That would require some change.... and change only comes from being made uncomfortable. Would the "good people" of NY's 3rd Congressional District be made more uncomfortable by being the laughing stock of the free world for the rest of this term, or by being without representation for as long as it takes Kathy Hochul to fill the seat with some other useless, lying sack of s#*t with a D attached to the name?
