The More You Know... π
He won't be the democrat nominee. But he could be the Anti-Biden. π
I've been keeping half an eye on Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in the past few weeks since he announced his candidacy for the democrat primaries. I honestly don't see any path through democrat shenanigans to the nomination for him, but he's an interesting guy, an 'old school' dem like maybe your parents or grandparents were, and he could be a spoiler in this in his own way. Problem is, he's probably the least known historically of the Kennedy men. Even that Vaseline-faced jackass from a few years ago has more visual recognition with the public. And all you're going to "learn" about him going forward is the bullshit the leftist sock-puppet media tells you, and that's certainly not a fair lens to evaluate a candidate through.
This video is a long trailer (5 min) from a 2014 documentary called Hen Island the Movie, which Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was heavily involved in the making of, as well as in the story itself. It predates his presidential aspirations by 10 years, and may give you some insight on the man for who he is, ahead of the state-run media telling you who you think he is as the 2024 campaign revs up.
Best part is, it's an environmental issue, but it's a righteous environmental issue and it's something that any logical person would absolutely want their government representatives to be working on, which gives nice contrast when held up to the "green new bullshit" progressives try to sell you.
Also, it's a genuine "gut" story for me. I grew up in a harbor town called Mamaroneck, which was the next town over from Rye, which Hen Island is legally a part of. I've passed that island, on my port going out of Mamaroneck and my starboard coming home, a thousand times. From when I was a kid, it always seemed theoretically idyllic to me. A little throwback chunk of rock in Long Island Sound, where a bunch of people said fuck the norm and lived as 'off-the-grid' as you reasonably could around here. I'd have added a few batteries of functioning Revolutionary War cannon in a few spots, but that's me. π
However, in conventional reality, it's a way over-priced dump which is actually pretty disgusting, and a legitimate environmental hazard, and an even more disgusting display of feckless environmental politics and ass coveringβ¦and it seems at this point that the bad guys won, which sucks.
Anyway, the video gives you a little unbiased 'flavor' on RFK Jr., which is going to be impossible to come by once this campaign kicks off, so take it if ya want it.

The lock is in for biden - no doubt about it but if this Kennedy resurrects his great uncle's stance about "Do not ask what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country", he could run as an independent and serve as a spoiler for biden. True, it would seem a desertion from the party, but if he truly believes what his great uncle said he will try and scuttle the prog/left movement because he surely knows the danger of keeping them in power.
Interesting...
I'm a bit jaded on politics. I spent a lot of years helping candidates get elected on a local level.
The quote bothers me. We are NOT a democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic. Research the difference & there's a great video out there explaining the difference & one will clearly see how America is in the toilet now. I also have a serious problem bc he has not denounced climate change or addressed weather manipulation. Again, there's video support of my statement. A video of the gentleman who started "The Weather Channel" stating that cc is a hoax. The other video is a clip of what seems to be Congressional hearing addressing our gvts ability to manipulate the weather.
At this point, my cat would be a better president than Joe. With that being said, Idk if he has the strength to withstand the swamp and marr the teflon coating on the dems/rinos. I have many questions including where he stands fiscally especially bc the dems love to fund the free programs that are fraud pits, our economy, military, freedom of religion, 2A, etc...
Doubt he'd make it past the primary. He's the wrong shade... give him an "A" for effort.
Funny that you shared this today. Earlier in a nostalgic mood, I put "Batman" on TV. It was the "Heros and Icons" channel. I only caught the second half. The episode was Batman v Penquin for Gotham Mayor. A bit of Predictive Programming (polls and vote counts referenced). Then "Wonder Woman" followed and the episode was about a massive computer and hijacking the computer along w a small robot office helper and how "false information" was to be programmed into this global computer......hmmmm..
