Eight straight hours on my feet in sneakers is WAAAAY easier than six straight hours on my feet in workbooks.

The Amazon return policy and process is one of the most grotesque displays of 'consumer privilege' I've ever seen. I'm guessing we handled about 400 pieces today, and 300 of then were Amazon returns. It's staggering.
