Absofuckinlutely. We had to hide in the hallways with our heads between our knees, or under our desks, for bomb raids that never happened. Oh, and BrooklynDad? YOUR fucking car can be an assault weapon if you hit someone with it and KILL them. BAN CARS!!

Yep, I remember hiding under the desk for the nuclear bomb attack.

I can kill you with a pencil, ban pencils!!!

We did that, but they labeled it as a 'tornado drill'.

Leftholery is a epidemic in our society, amplified by repetition from the MSM, Hollyweird and our K-12 schools and colleges.

JUST SAY NO to the BS!!

FJB and his puppet masters!

Saying NO is not enough, whacking square between the eyes with a 4x4 might get their attention, beyond that, they have tuned you out and are on their march to taking total control. Time to grab the pitchforks and confront them on their terf,

Does "brooklyn dad defiant" realize that just about every truck in my highschool parkinglot had rifles hanging from the back window yet no one was in fear of being shot. It is the FUCKED UP PROG/LEFT CULTURE, not the weapon, that causes chaos. How can these people be sooooooo stupid?

I grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Trucks with a lab and rifle hung across the cab window were all over the town. Hunting season brought hunters from many states each year for deer, ducks, dove, wild turkeys, and geese. I never heard of a murder and I would ride my bike or horse all over without fear for years. My father managed the farm of 40 acres for over 23 years - no incidents. I fear the insane not guns.

I fear those who have been sent on a mission to destroy us because of all the misinformation, grievances and racial hatred that has been oh so subtly pumped into their heads since they were old enough to comprehend Sesame Street (one of the largest propaganda machines of the prog/left that was most successful at this). These are not reasonable people since they were not raised with Aristotelian logic as their guidepost in life, but have been taught that following their emotions was the preferred path.

Expand full comment

Following emotions is always a terrible idea. It opens the door to easy manipulation, and then while we’re all emotional they pass things that are detrimental to freedom. Emotional thinking is not thinking at all, as feelings are not facts.

If we had applied Aristotelian logic instead of emotional rhetoric we wouldn't be saddled with "the Great Society" legislation that gave us (using guilt as the catalyst) an illogical, predestined economic collapse beecause we were preyed upon to think "Of the poor black children yada yada yada and now we are trillions of dollars in debt with a bloated bureaucracy (that costs us just how much of taxpayer's dollars to administer these failed programs even now). And this is where even more emotional rhetoric (those poor little "girls" trapped in those boys bodies - we must do something legislatively to help them) is being used to restructure our entire society and negate out culture.

thank you and happy holiday to you.

Exactly what I was thinking! Kids went hunting and kept their guns in the truck. And nobody ever got shot at school.

Now do you understand how subtly the prog/left has changed the cultural norm. "Give Peace a Chance" was a slogan that the hippies used during the Viet Nam War but it became the pacifist chant which morphed into the anti-gun movement and now at least half of America cringes at the sight of a gun. Slowly. ever so slowly we have had most of our culture modified to the left by the TV, advertising and other media such as radio and movies. At first this use of media to send messaging was supposed to be aimed at those nations contemplating communism during the cold war - Leave it to Beaver - car commercials - TV dinners, etc. to illustrate the bounty of the free world, but it turned into one giant propaganda machine after Viet Nam. We are like Rip Van Winkle...slowly waking up to a new world that happened while we were sleeping.

When I went to school the guys who hunted brought their shotguns to school and kept them in their locker so they could go hunting right after school. However we had to do drills in case a nuclear blast happened at the airbase 30 miles away. 🤨

Thank you, Glen for your fabulous research and continued support of the American public. I have been overwhelmed by how a few deranged individuals have tried to destroy our country.

Happy Easter to PCS Nation🌷

As a responsible gun owner at nearly 65 years, I sincerely hope I never am in a situation where I am compelled to use it for my personal protection. As an angry American person, what has been done to ALL OF US is unconscionable and I feel the same way as others do...just try and take my gun. KEY WORDS: Protection. Rights. Responsibility. Duty. Honor...

No drills like that for me, only what to do if there was a nuclear explosion ( hide under your desk). As for drag. I grew up in New Orleans soooo

When I was a kid - I had to hide under my desk to practice how to survive the inevitable nuclear attack.... I think hiding under your desk would be more effective against an active shooter than a nuclear attack.... bring back the oldies and it might also protect you from having to witness some dude in a dress trying to tell you some inappropriate story
