Former U.S. Marine and Genuine American Samaritan, Daniel Penny, who unintentionally caused the death of a violent, mentally ill street rat, who nobody in the Manhattan court system gave a fat dog's fart about the 44 times he was arrested previously...but do now that they can publicly prosecute a white male for political propaganda purposes... has been charged with manslaughter in the Manhattan district court, for protecting a subway car full of innocent New Yorkers from one of that court's thousands and thousands of earlier failures.
