Why the hell would anyone want to put that human trash back on the street? To me it would be the same as taking the city garbage truck at the end of its run and, instead of heading for the dump, it just spreads the garbage all over the streets. Our municiple LEOs these days are nothing more than garbage men picking up the human trash.
