While Socrates may have found your logic sound, we know that the armies of darkness (otherwise known as the entire prog/left cabal of media,academia,judicia and politica), would never see the comparison. They see themselves only in the blazing light of their own enlightenment and all else is the darkness of the unenlightened - that would be most of sane America, by the way. They need to believe that whatever they do is in harmony with the perfected world they invision for us. Nothing they do could be considered an error - that would endanger the belief bubble in which they reside.
