They are admitting to that - but someone/something fell down the stairs too... same European vacation trip - different stop. Dark at night. I think factcheckers took down that evidence though...
Yes, the one you refer to happened on arrival. The difference is that that one was the rear of the plane, where the reporters dismount. At least that was my original understanding. FJB fell up the stairs on his way out of Poland a couple days ago. Second time he has managed to do that.
