Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, the first female Supreme Court Justice…and only decent and qualified one until Amy Coney Barrett in 2020…has died at age 93. 😞
My mom told us a story.... as a child in school in answer to the question "what do you want to be when you grow up?" or something like that - she said a "Supreme Court Justice". She was laughed at heartily.... when Sandra was confirmed.... My Mom celebrated. Maybe she was just a head of her time
