I'm walking along a public walking path toward the aquarium and found this eyesore. The pic is tight on the sign, so trust me on the surrounding optics. 😉 I'm standing on a city-owned walking path that I know for sure has been here for at least 25 years, next to a natural riverbank on the Norwalk River which has been flowing through here for millenia...and that's it. So all I can see that the Big Guy's Bipartisan Infrastructure Law did here in Norwalk CT, is put up a shitty sign. I now return you to our regularly scheduled Weekend Mode & aquarium trip.
