Yep. Too many people ignoring the fearmongers so gotta change tactics. I actually have relatives who test themselves before going out. They were hoping the government would step up and provide the test kits because it was getting so expensive.
Fewer tests equal fewer positives, more tests equal more positive results. This will allow the Dems to say "WE TOLD YOU IT WAS BAD! LISTEN TO US AND OBEY"
