I don't think it'll be Rubio. There's something in the 12th amendment which would cause problems for electors since both Trump and Rubio are from Florida.
Trump and DeSantis are both from Florida. One of them would have to move before election day in order for the electoral votes to be counted for the ticket. Which I guess Marco and Byron might have the same problem - but easier to resolve than for the Governor to move out of state
