Of course the report doesn’t show where there has been a drop. Maybe out in the middle of a desert somewhere. Let’s ask Americans whose cities are being run over by illegals with a corresponding drop in police services to pay for said illegals. The FBI is full of crap and everybody knows it except for Ed.

Gee, maybe it's because rules were changed and there is now not a requirement for police departments to report crime statistics to the FBI. So the major crime cities like NYC, LA and Chicago are not reporting. Also, if someone is arrested and immediately let go, is it realiy a crime?

A lot of crime goes unreported because no one responds to calls, or victims don't bother because the criminal walks in an hour. If it ain't reported, it ain't counted! Boom! Crime is down!

Bongino brought up the fact that many crimes aren't being reported & police aren't responding to certain crimes.

Personally, I know back in the day when my area had a local newspaper, many cities didn't report the crimes to the paper & this was decades ago.
