Not at all comparable.

Harrison's commencement speech was on his own time, a religious person saying religious things to other religious people at a religious college. Kap did his thing, in a much more 'public' setting while he was at work, and wearing his work uniform.

And another thing.....the sole purpose of a commencement speech is to say something that will be meaningful to the people in attendance, which Harrison accomplished. The sole purpose of Kap being on the field was to launch a ball in the air so someone else could catch it.
