Next time a bunch of these idiots that glue their hands or whatever to the ground, especially in cold climates, I would just leave them there. Re-route all traffic and put barricades around them - no one gets past the barricades. Perimeter of police around them. Then do nothing. Maybe a live cam so we can watch. See how long it takes until they cry, pee their pants, beg for help and get loose once frostbite sets in and the skin peels off their hands and they're free.
