We have the congress we voted for. The responsibility for this cess pool resides with us, the citizenry. If we want change, it is in our hands to do so or we can stop complaining and accept what we have bestowed upon ouselves.
Literally everybody knew it. It’s been going on since Moses was a baby 😂 I just wish somebody would get in trouble for it
