Take everything with a grain of salt. He also claims in his bio that he is a rector at AUK. AUK is the American University of Kuwait, a private university in Kuwait owned by a woman who went to college in Indiana. Rectors are the head of all student government functions and, as such, outrank anyone other than the board of regents. Since it is a private university not located in the U.S., information on the officials are not available. So his claim, in my opinion, is doubtful.
If the Biden campaign doesn’t want him, maybe the New York Times will be interested for all that Trump fact checking they are going to be doing from now on. 🙄🤣
