Regulations, when pushed to excess (such as the current push to eliminate gas stoves and gasoline powered lawn equipment etc.) eventually leads to a push-back. If prog/leftist were guided by anything more than their gut impulse to blame and hate, perhaps we wouldn't have these pendulum swings. Also, if we let competition, rather than government safety departments, implement self-imposed regulations it would cut cost by eliminating a full layer of busy-body bureaucrats (unionized and payed out of the taxpayer trough). win-win
