The government produces nothing. It never has. It "regulates", and gets in the way. That's why conservatives and capitalists just want the government to get the hell out of the way and allow them to be successful. No reasonable person is in favor of companies running amok with no regulation of any kind, but when you have thousands of unelected bureaucrats grasping to justify their jobs it gets out of hand quickly.
A couple of years ago a former VP of a company called my local talk radio station and told a story I'll never forget. His company wanted to go into PA and build a factory that produces batteries. They picked the area because the population had been decimated by regulation of coal, and people there were desperate for good paying work. They ended up giving up on the project because there were over 40...FORTY...local, state and federal regulatory agencies (PA, NY, NJ and the feds) gumming up the works with regulations to the point that they just couldn't move forward. It became impossible to comply with one agency without becoming non-compliant with another.
NOTHING they say is the Truth! Nobody liked Harris just a few months ago and NOW, they're told,she is the New Savior! But to me is,HOW do these people not see what they are doing? It truly boggles my mind. It's the epitome of 1984.
The media will do everything to glorify Harris. The world's elite, that want to see America destroyed, control the media through the advertising dollars. That's how it works.
