Whatever construction they're doing on the new building next to the transcenter apparently requires four fire trucks, six police vehicles, an ambulance, and about 30 emergency response personnel to be standing by, which is diverting all the buses away from the transcenter. Only nobody seems to know where they're all going instead. Nooo...they're just driving by waving.
