Last day at the beach for me. I have had enough fun in the sun. We are looking forward to getting back to the states.
We have met some incredible people, mostly US, but from all over the US.
One woman we’ve hung out with is Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Eastern European.
She’s been interesting to talk to. She’s American now, but we talked about the Ukrainian Aid. She said US has until June to figure out debt ceiling and doesn’t see any upside to pouring even more money into that conflict. Her exact quote, “it’s all going right out the door. It won’t do anything.” Prolonging the conflict at the expense of the people.
No one I met can believe they pulled that Covid shit over on use. They, like me thought more people would push back. Of course it’s vacation so we didn’t get too deep, but the general consensus was never again.
For the past week we've had smoke from Canadian wildfires floating over us, so even when it wasn't cloudy or raining the sky was kinda grey and hazy. The weather reporters are doing 'smoke forecasts' now. Today finally blue skies. I'm going to enjoy it.
We also had a bit of the Canada smoke...I don't watch the weather people bc 75% of the x they are wrong. Heavy rain last night, cooler today. So, I guess our rain got sent your way. Nothing to write home about here...going to fb to play back last night's OTW.
I looked at your forecast. You a should stay on high ground today because all it's going to do is rain. Same thing here since before I got up at 7a. Isn't gonna get out of the low 60's today. Tomorrow🌞 and 72°.

Just saw a headline on an article stating half a billion theft of money from U.S. to Ukraine. Must be more.
I didn’t get any covid shots. Too many doctors saw complications.

I love traveling to Mexico to talk to Americans. Lol
It’s putting everyone on equal footing. No Ds or Rs, just Americans from all over the country. I think it helps to check in.
