The women from Heart. Joan Jett. And country had their share, as did Motown. It was a Golden era all around for music. My favorite female friend tells me that the guys weren't too bad either. π She used Rod Stewart as an example.

It's funny you mention her! I forget why now, but I looked her up a couple of weeks ago. She's still rocking and looking really good for her age!
