Then if anyone in office so much as utters a sound about it, they get removed immediately.

No!!! The filibuster is brilliant. For something to be passed it must be beneficial for the whole country, and must have overwhelming support from both sides of the aisle. It, along with the electoral college are incredibly important to our government, keeping it Nu the people and FOR the people.
