This is how they get us adjusted to high gas price incrementally. If goes down to below $3.50 we'll all be happy and forget about the permanent increase. This will happen again and then we're grateful for $4.00/gal and over and over.
And current price of gas makes it a felony rather than misdemeanor 😂
