Going to sit outside and enjoy the sun. I'm finishing up the kid's laundry. (Yeah, she could do it wo a doubt. However, she just pulled 3 long nights (a little over 12 hrs ea) in the neuro icu w 2 codes the other night) so, I want her to rest up and enjoy her 1.5 days off.
In between, heading up to Autozone to see what codes my check engine light is indicating. This is an ongoing issue since my garage did an engine cleaning. So, trying to get my ducks in a row for tomorrow morning at the garage. I think it's going to get ugly bc this is the 4th x since February 22 the light went on...my hot-headed So. Jersey Italian is at surface level....
Making homemade cheesesteaks for dinner tonight.

Back at you! My mom, before she moved to Tennessee, used to insist that I bring laundry over every couple weeks. I would take her to dinner when I dropped off and picked up. She said that she didn't generate enough laundry of her own to justify running the washer and dryer so I was doing her a favor by letting her add mine. 😀
Love this! My husband and I are on the same page that we're parents for life. My parents were the same way, his not so much. Is she capable of standing on her own at 24? Yes! However, if doing something small like laundry or making her a dinner makes it a bit easier then we're gonna do it. I believe children are precious gifts. If she's working and is exhausted, I will go and pick up and drop off her laundry. That's just how I roll.
I’m currently be tortured by township residents. Why is my direct phone number all over the website? What did I ever do to anyone? I see a big sail with Captain Morgan tonight.
