How many times did they really tell him?
Early in the administration he could never come up with Austin’s name.
Oh you know, the guy who runs the Pentagon.
I’m sure that he has no idea. He probably doesn’t know what he had for breakfast this morning.
This is probably why they didn't waste their time telling him.
"Where is that clean shaven fat Black Guy that tells the faacck jokes at our tea parties?"
