Walking around aimlessly for miles for six hours just makes me tired, but being 'on my feet' standing still and observing for six hours is an ass-kicking.
And the time clock procedure at this place is more complex than anything I had to do on a computer in eight years at the hardware store. It's a brave new G-world. 😏
Passed out in my chair during dinner last night, but I HAVE to do laundry tonight, so the "plenty of time to shitpost after work" part of the program should be a go tonight.
We'll see. 😉
The punching in process where I work is 15 separate steps and includes getting an access code sent to my phone twice. It takes at least 5 minutes, sometimes more. Now do that 4 times a day: in, out for lunch, back in from lunch, out. Minimum 20 minutes per day just to punch the freaking time clock. Progress y'all 🤦♀️
Walking is easier than standing because when you're walking, one leg is 'resting' half of the time. For microseconds, but still. It's true.
