I tried it. Good way to get depressed.
I hadn’t been in a Popeys in 9 years, till a few weeks ago. They had 2 chix sammiches on the menu.
Reading the menu, I told the girl I wanted the one everybody was killing each other over last year.
She looked confused. The Brotha behind me said, “That one on the bottom”
(pops ain’t as good as I remember)
The closest Popeye's to me is in Toledo, Ohio. It's constantly being shut down due to roaches. I've never eaten st a Popeye's or a Rally's.
We have a Popeyes here in my town. People must eat there because it is still open but it is not for me!
