I'm going with 1.2 trillion.

Based upon that clown Obama's $800B mess of a bill in 2009, and a rough twelve year inflation curve, slightly accerated to accommodate for Democrats being a little extra stupid and desperate this year, that seems like a reasonable enough "Preposterous Democrat Spending Spree Bill".

I would have to agree on Glen’s number. This will fail epically just like “The Shovel Ready” bullshit bill.

I want to smack them upside their heads with a shovel every time they tout all the jobs that are going to magically appear. There will be no jobs and only the faux pet projects that have nothing to do with real infrastructure at all will benefit.

I believe that the squad isn’t going to back dow from this. They want the bills tied period. Nothing the old drunk can say or threaten will change that. Maybe it’ll be enough for her to finally stroke out.

I disagree on a minor point: the old bat is bypassing a martini glass and chugging strait from the bottle.

Manchin's number is 1.5 T. My bet.

I think Mancin does care a bit about the content of the bill but doesn't want to say so or face more wrath from his crazy party. He's not up for reelection until '24 but what he does here could impact his chances, especially if the country continues to go to hell between now and then. I agree with Liz, 1.5 is probably his top end. I would love to know what Sinema is thinking.
