Some sort of oversight on Government agencies to ensure they are working in the interest of the people not those of the people in power. Harsh punishment, including firing when they defy court orders to cough up certain documents of interest to the American people.

The 22 amendment was term limits for Presidents after FDR.

Need one for Congress. ASAP.

2 Senator terms. 12 years.

6 House terms 12 years.

Sorry to be so predictable, but definitely term limits, age limits and cognitive tests. Otherwise, I feel like we need to resurrect the founding fathers and get a consultation. I’ll bet they are all spinning in their graves.

Limit campaign contributions to candidates in YOUR state, unless they are running for a national office. Oh boy, you have opened up a can of worms. I could do this all night!

National/federal elections would be held on one day, in person, with proof of identity/citizenship.

Any government agency, bureau, or department or any private entity that receives a majority of its funding from the federal government, can exist for a maximum of 25 years, at which time it will be disbanded and replaced (if warranted) by a new division, branch or service that must be significantly different in organization that its predecessor.

I’m not thinking outside the box because I think the number one thing needs to be Congressional term limits. When people are in positions of power too long the will become corrupt. It’s human nature.

One more and then I’m done. I promise. 🤣 How would the founding fathers handle the 1st Amendment in relation to giant tech monopolies (owned by their founders and handful of highly invested stockholders) who control (almost entirely) the flow of information by and between the masses?

I might would rather repeal an existing amendment???? But do Something about giving citizenship away.... You should have to have a citizen parent, live some number of years (I like 10.... it's a good number) without committing any crimes- maybe have to "serve" the country 1st... like military or firefighter or something.... And maybe be of a certain age - whatever the age of consent is/should be.... Yeah no free rides and no anchor babies

Also lawmakers get Tricare health insurance, none of the crazy fancy stuff, we spent way too much on them as it is. And they lose the ability to do stock trading while they have the ability to effect certain businesses with the laws they enact.

Clean bills ONLY. Lawmakers an not attach anything else to any proposed bill. This takes away their ability to keep shoving shit no one wants down our throats.

Any elected lawmaker should have to live under the laws they passed. No pension, rely of social security.... no special health care , (un)Affordable Healthcare for members too.... Insider trading? Prison.

And, any income outside of the pay allowances they have voted for "we the people" to provide - MUST be disclosed to "we the people" on an annual basis
